We are eagerly seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist with a penchant for optimizing processes and resolving challenges. Responsibilities span across various HR domains including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and more. Requirements <\/h3>

Key Responsibilities:
<\/p>

• Administer bi -weekly payroll including analyzing and inputting data such as garnishments, leave accruals, and deductions.
  <\/li>
• Oversee the recruitment process, collaborating with managers to identify, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
  <\/li>
• Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
  <\/li>
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate meetings to educate employees on benefits and distribute necessary notices.
  <\/li>
• Develop and maintain affirmative action programs and ensure compliance with EEO regulations.
  <\/li>
• Compile and submit OSHA and worker's compensation reports annually.
  <\/li>
• Handle employee relations matters, escalating complex issues to the Senior HR Manager.
  <\/li>
• Conduct stay and exit interviews, maintaining trend data for retention strategies.
  <\/li>
• Manage accurate employee records in HRIS and other databases.

  Qualifications:
  <\/p>

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
    <\/li>
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR Generalist or similar roles, with specific experience in California.
    <\/li>
  • Three (3) years of payroll processing experience required.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems; Kronos experience is advantageous.
    <\/li>
  • Intermediate knowledge of California Wage & Hour laws.
    <\/li>
  • Familiarity with FMLA regulations and other employment laws.
    <\/li>
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    <\/li>
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    <\/li>
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
