Job Description Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dental office to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Coordinate patient services, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Manage billing, insurance claims, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Maintain compliance with dental regulations, office policies, and health standards.

At least 2 years of experience
Preferences Proficiency in dental management software such as Open Dental or Eaglesoft, including:
Scheduling and managing patient appointments.
Processing insurance claims and billing.
Updating and maintaining accurate patient records.
Generating operational and financial reports to improve office efficiency.
