General Dentist
Job Description Overview: Mt Pleasant Dental Associates is seeking a skilled Associate General Dentist to join a patient-centered private practice offering strong clinical autonomy and a clear path to partnership.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans; Perform dental examinations, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery; Utilize digital radiography and document care in Eaglesoft, eForms, and Florida Probe while upholding strict infection control and HIPAA standards; Educate patients on preventive oral care and collaborate efficiently in four-handed dentistry.
full-time $150,000 - $300,000 per year

Shift & Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Closed
Requirements: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program; Active Iowa dental license or ability to obtain prior to start.
PreferencesPreferences: Experience with dental office management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix; Background in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
